Job Description for Genesys Off Campus Drive 2023
We are looking for problem solvers to help us build next-generation platforms, products, and services. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, researchers and product managers on microservices and event-driven architectures. You will have an opportunity to work as a part of the team that does practical research and contributes to the development of new features, identifies technical risks, and finds alternate solutions to various problems.
Major Responsibilities/Activities
- Design and deliver NLP models for AI Platform Services
- Work on prototyping proof of concepts and data creation/manipulation for training.
- Understand ML frameworks (Tensorflow, HuggingFace) and extend them for various NLP tasks for fine tuning models
- Hands on coding for various aspects for AI Platform Services.
- Collaborate with product managers, other cross functional teams and continuously improve AI Platform Services.
- Collaborate with other development teams to ensure system performance (latency and accuracy), security, scalability, and availability.

- 3+ years Industry experience with research and product development.
- Strong expertise in Python programming and solid understanding of OOPs and software engineering principles.
