Heal Software Recruitment – Engineer-Software development (C++)
Requirement:
Participate in development, enhancement, and maintenance of backed engines that uses the following technologies:
- C++ based high performance engines development.
- Strong emphasis on data structures and algorithm design
- Sound programming experience using multi-threading concepts, inter-process communication concepts and thread-safe programming.
- Knowledge in interfacing with any one database such as MySQL, Oracle & MSSQL
- Experience in network card sniffing and network protocols is a plus.
- Experience in cross platform frameworks and experience in developing in at least two of the following operating systems (1) Windows (2) Linux (3) AIX (4) Solaris
- Experience in POCO is a Plus
- Should be willing to participate in all phases of software development life cycle such as design, coding, reviewing, debugging, unit testing, release, and configuration management.
- Should be self-motivated, willing to work with small teams and coordinate with other product teams.

Heal Software Recruitment – Customer Support Engineer
Key deliverables:
- Level 1 activities
A. Achieve expertise in Heal installation, configuration & troubleshooting.- Achieve familiarity with Support knowledge base and apply same for Troubleshooting technical issues to provide solution & clarifications for known issues.
- Product documentation
- Install-Config guides
- Support Troubleshooting & Knowledge Base
- Achieve hands-on expertise by following the published installation & configuration guides enough to understand issue, identify problem and trace available solutions or arrive at it.
- Understand changes coming in every release at configuration level and high-level feature changes.
- Monitoring Heal ticketing system, emails to support teams and queries on Teams channel by Product delivery teams.
- Respond to Incident, telephone calls, emails, teams channels and personnel requests for support in a timely and courteous manner.
- If nominated as Shift primary resources, Self-assign tickets by doing prioritization.
- Work on assigned tickets/tasks and priorities assigned by Shift primary/ Support leads.
- Review tickets to ensure required details and the First Level analysis is provided on ticket.
- Analyse/Understand the issue and provide solutions if known or available in knowledge base and troubleshooting guide.
- For Critical incidents ensure notifying L3/Product Support teams as and when ticket creation is notified and start reviewing First Level analysis. Handover status to L3 team onboarded.
- Promptly follow escalation process & SLA guidelines prescribed in handling tickets.
- Where further analysis required, handover tickets with FLA completed to the L3/Product support team per prescribed process to ensure SLAs maintained.
- Track updates to tickets by Product Support(L3) team and in turn facilitate updates to Partner teams (Product delivery teams as required)
- Ensure shift handover process followed and necessary details handed over to next shift engineer with all critical points documented.
- Participate/Conduct Partner Service calls to provide update on open priority tickets.
- Inputs to the SoPs/Knowledge Base requiring updates.
- Achieve familiarity with Support knowledge base and apply same for Troubleshooting technical issues to provide solution & clarifications for known issues.
- Self-learning and completing at least one certification related to latest technologies with focus on those used in product like Unix/Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Flink, RabbitMQ, Percona/MySQL etc.Level 2 activities
- Achieve proficiency in Level 1 activities.
- Achieve within 6 months of induction to be analyze incidents beyond providing solutions from available troubleshooting guide.
- Assist in tracking/reporting FLA compliance, SLA compliance, other support parameters.
- Documenting best practices in troubleshooting / supporting Heal solutions.
- Draft SoPs/documentation as required and submit for review.
- Monitoring Heal/AppsOne ticketing tool and handle first level support.
- Developing deep understanding of Heal products.
- Supporting our customers and partners using our products.
- Identify and resolve issues where solutions available in knowledge base.
- Ensure compliance to support processes outlined.
- Ensure compliance to agreed SLAs of Heal and that of any partners.
- Documenting best practices in troubleshooting & supporting Heal solutions.
