1. Code use cases end to end by understanding the requirements
2. Follow coding guidelines and write efficient code
3. Document unit test cases and carry unit testing
4. Suggest improvement in code and refactor code continuously
5. Develop reusable, maintainable and scalable code
6. Explore new technologies and carryout POCs
