Done with TCS interview
I waited in lobby for 45mins even the previous candidates interview was over.
After they allowing me to join the first question is

5. ECE-Experience Technical Interview

6. ECE- Interview Experience

Time:50 minutes.Technical interview:

  • Introduction
  • Detail Explanation of project.
  • Question based on project ( approx 6-7 qn )
  • . I’ve done certification on Java and also mentioned in Skill, so they asked qn based on java.
  • What is JVM,JDK,JIT.
  • Why java is platform independent.
  • Qn based on C, what is dangling pointer.(only 1 qn).

Mangerial Round

  • He gave me question on situation based and asked my opinion on it
  • He gave me a puzzle and gave 2 min to solve, I cant get the exact ans but I told the procedure and he is satisfied with it.

HR Interview:

  • Why TCS?
  • Are you ok with bond?
  • Any shift issue?
  • preffered location?
  • Tell me 3 qualities, I explained with examples.
  • He asked my marks from 10th, 12th and upto 6 sem
  • Any question.

7. ECE-ExperienceTechnical Interview

HR Interview:

  • Asked about Food related at new place
  • Situation handling question

8. Mechanical-ExperienceTechnical interview

9. Mechanical-ExperienceTechnical Interview

  • Give the difference between the type casting and automatic type conversion. Also tell a suitable C++ code to illustrate both.
  • How many JVMs can run on a single machine and what is the meaning of Just-In-Time (JIT) compiler?
  • Can you declare a private method as static?
  • Differentiate between copy and default constructor.
  • What is #ifdef ? What is its application?
  • You are given a singly linked list. How would you find out if it contains a loop or not without using temporary space?
  • A person was fined for exceeding the speed limit by 10 mph. Another person was also fined for exceeding the same speed limit by twice the same. If the second person was travelling at a speed of 45 mph. find the speed limit
  • What are different errors encountered while complying?
