Customer Support Executive/ Sr Customer Support Executive: (Inbound 10 positions, Outbound 10 positions)
We are looking for candidates who are empathetic, smart and have passion towards servicing.
This role involves Voice engagements with customers to clarify their queries, resolving their concerns liaising with internal stake holders to close the ticket within stipulated time.
Preferred candidate profile :
