Description for UBER Jobs 2021:-
- Perform Configuration/Customization of the eGRC system, including creation workflows
- Use scripting tools and related functionalities to automate tasks
- Perform integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, Soap calls,etc.
- Gather specifications from the business departments and deliver a product/release that meets the needs presented. Interprets business and functional requirements and develops technical specifications documentation
- Load, manipulate and maintain data between eGRC and other systems as needed
- Develop dashboards, home pages, performance analytics data collectors and reports as needed
- Analyze and fully understand user stories and internal procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the eGRC platform releases
- Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Authentication protocols such as Active Directory / LDAP
- Disciplined Agile Delivery software release build/deploy processes
- Integrating with internal and external applications and systems
- Cross-browser and platform compatibility requirements
- Javascript, HTML, CMS and good web design practices
- Strong organization skills with an ability to plan and perform multiple tasks
- Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form across a wide array of internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, including managing a team.
- Ability to thrive in environments of uncertainty
Preferred Qualifications
- Big 4 accounting firm and/or internet/ technology industry experience
- ServiceNow Developer certification
- ServiceNow Administrator certification
- Process management experience, including process redesign and optimization
