Job Description for Vedantu Recruitment 2022
- Advise students/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions.
- Fix appointments and conduct online demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions.
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods.
- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Vedantu Subscription as a solution.
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
- Learn/ Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s).
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior.
Selection Procedure:
Students will have to undergo a paid training program after which there will be a direct entry to the further 2 rounds.
- Round 1 – Technical Round
- Round 2 – Final HR Round
Preferences:
- Proficiency in English (Speaking) and English (Written)
- Candidates having good communication skills in more languages with professional presentation are preferred
- Have sales integrity
- Laptop/Desktop with decent internet connection
Good to Have:
- Any internship in executing Live projects as a developer will be an added advantage
- Any technical blog/POC that can be demonstrated
- Sound knowledge on other subjects like clouds, DevOps, AI/ML etc.
