Continuous improvement efforts to drive better User Experience by engaging with development teams and process owners. You’ll be at the forefront of crafting new, exciting, and compelling digital experiences for our employees and customers. Your role will involve using visual design to communicate broad ideas and to develop engaging user experiences.
What you’ll be doing…
- Spearheading initiatives to architect and craft new user experiences and establishing high-level roadmaps and achievements for migrating legacy user interfaces.
- Detailing and refining reusable patterns to be adopted across a suite of modular applications.
- Collaborating with product stakeholders to conceptualize content and develop roadmaps for deployment.
- Working closely with UI team to rapidly wireframe, prototype, and iterate a variety of interfaces including user management, navigation models, CRUD, analytics and data visualizations.
- Researching and analyzing customers, partners, users and competitors to identify personas, and develop content accordingly.
